Quick Entry Food & Beverage

Accurate Kitchen Orders
With Conversational Ordering and Auto-Selected Modifiers each chit for the kitchen is super accurate. Various options are available such as Consolidated Printing like items as well as Summary Printing of pulled items at the bottom of the chit. For Fast Casual operations, onePOS allows several guests to order and pay independently before sending the complete order to the kitchen.
Automatic Check Splitting
Since all items are entered by guest, the kitchen easily can plate dishes, food runners do not need to “auction off” the entrees, and the guests can pay how they desire with no additional effort by your serving staff.
Train Staff Quickly
As with all parts of the onePOS solution, training is measured in hours not days. Cashiers learn how to ring orders and take payments within minutes at the same time the POS teaches them the intricacies of your menus and pricing.

Multiple Automatic Gratuities
Permit options for both servers and the site to be compensated for outstanding service for large tables, parties, and special bookings. Have different gratuity levels based on party number, dining area or room service/delivery. You can even charge special gratuity “service charges” that are fixed or percentage based.
Select Items at Close
For cashier sites, the cashier is able to select individual items on a ticket during check close and quickly process a payment for those items, avoiding long check out lines when a party of 12 at lunch all wants to pay separately
